Dining at The Seaview Hotel

The Aquitania is an intimate restaurant located at the front of the hotel that combines good food with modern unfussy service. The restaurant pays homage to The Aquitania, which was known as the ship beautiful and has razzle-dazzle camouflage feature wall alongside images of the jet-set. The food offering features an array of local food. The style is very Modern British with a regional Isle of Wight twist. Our Chefs works hand-in-hand with many local producers crafting dishes such as Green Barn Farm goats cheese souffle with watercress veloute that is simply a taste of the Wight.

"The Island is known as the Garden Isle and there’s an amazing range of artisan producers such as Green Barn Farm, The Tomato Stall, Living Larder and many more, “ says Chef. The Aquitania has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes over five consecutive years.
