Louise started spinning in 2016 and has now recently qualified as an Official Spinning Instructor.

She has always enjoyed sport and found
Spinning has benefitted both her mental and physical fitness and is now looking forward to the opportunity of passing her passion onto others, hoping they leave her session energised, feeling like they have achieved something and most importantly "caught our Vibe!! "

Wow!

What a journey this has been so far! 

Having taught so many of you over the last 20 years I can honestly say that I have loved every moment... I am so grateful for each & every one of you. Thank you. 

Being able to refer to my current spinning customers as 'like a second family' makes me feel so lucky (P.S the 'B' isn't going anywhere) 

For those who don't know me, I'm Hannah & I have been teaching at Spinfit/SpinZone since 2000. In & around this time I also spent 24 years working within a gym environment.

Having worked in the fitness industry in a variety of different areas for so many years I feel I have a true understanding of how important it is to stay fit & active & how it can help us all in so many ways.

If anyone knows how daunting it can be to step foot inside a gym or fitness studio, it's me. 

I pride myself on looking after new customers to make them feel at ease.
