I am currently recovering from an illness or injury, can I still attend one of your sessions?Indoor cycling classes are of classed as low impact therefore often recommended by health professionals as a good form of rehabilitation exercise. However if you feel comfortable in doing so please inform us of your situation so that we can discuss any recommended adjustments to your rides. Any matters discussed will be dealt with in the strictest confidence.
-
Am I expected to follow the instructor throughout the session?Life is busy, our energy levels can often vary so please adjust your ride according to how you feel on the day. We as instructors will never put pressure on you to do what we are doing. If there are times when you need to create your own ride, please feel free. Our aim is to provide a relaxed, friendly environment & want you to enjoy your rides with us.
-
Where will I park?Once you driven through the automatic gates and down the lane you will come across a large open parking area.
-
This is the first time I have attended an indoor cycling class, what class should I book?Whether you have been attending spinning sessions for many years or this is your first time at a spinning class you will be made to feel welcome to any one of our sessions that we offer. Every class that we run will cater for you all individually with alternative options offered throughout. You are in control of your ride at all times with the ability to adjust your pace & resistance. Any standing work is completely optional. You do not need to leave your saddle to achieve a good workout.
-
How do I book/pay for my sessions?ALL of our indoor cycling sessions must be pre-booked & paid for via our website or our phone app. If you need to cancel a pre-booked session this can be completed via your 'Vibe' account. Please note that there is a cancellation policy in place. If a session is cancelled within 24 hours unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund although if you cancel your session with more than 24 hours notice you will recieve a session in credit that will be added to your account for you to use for your next session.
-
If I arrive early is there somewhere I can wait?We encourage all of our customers to arrive no sooner than 15 minutes prior to the start of your session.
-
I will be attending my spinning sessions on my way home from work. Is there somewhere I can get changed?Yes. Between Vibe & GG's restaurant you will find an entrance to two small toilets on your right.
-
How long will my session last? Each of our session last for 45 minutes but please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure you are ready to ride at the start of your pre booked session.
-
What can I expect from my session? Here at 'Vibe' we want you to feel safe whilst on your spinning bike therefore if you are a new customer we will always assist you with your bike set up. If you are a regular spinner please approach us prior to the start of any session if you would like a bike check just to make sure all settings are correct. For further details regarding bike set up please refer to YouTube link.
-
What should I bring to a class? Please always attend your session with the following: A water bottle - ideally pre filled but we do offer a water machine so that you can fill it on arrival. Hydration is something we often neglect. We recommend that you drink plenty before, during & after your sessions with us. Cycling shoes - I know many of you own your own cycling shoes. Due the size of our studio unfortunately we can not offer space for your shoes to be kept so please remember to bring these with you. Towel - This is optional but recommended. A towel is not only used to wipe yourself during the ride but with risks of slipping it is also important that you keep your handlebars free of moisture.
